General

Our Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the highest-quality products and services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our customers and partners. The Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services. This policy will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and our customers' needs.

The following discloses our information gathering and usage practices for the My Grandma’s of New England® Website.

E-mail Information

My Grandma’s of New England® collects certain personal information when you add your name to our e-mail list, request addition to our gift reminder service or make a purchase from our online retail store. The site offers several opportunities for visitors to register for promotional and informational mailings. When you register, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, zip code, and where you heard about us. We use this contact information to send users information about our company and its products and services, gauge marketing results and strategize for future marketing endeavors. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time.

My Grandma’s of New England® is the sole owner of the e-mail registration information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way unless ordered by a court of law. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you regarding your order(s) or sending you e-mails based on your request for information. Uses of your information, for reasons other than what is hereby stated, constitute a violation of this policy.

Choice/Opt-out

My Grandma’s of New England® uses Constant Contact to control and manage our opt-in e-mail lists. This software provides users the opportunity to opt-in and opt-out of receiving e-mail communications from us. This opportunity is made available during sign-up for our e-mail lists and in all e-mail messages delivered from our company. You may also e-mail us at Customer Service and request removal from our lists. Once a user opts-out, the user will not receive future e-mail communications from us of a marketing nature.

Consumer protection laws have been established to protect you against the unauthorized use of your credit card. In addition, federal laws limit your liability (responsibility) to $50.00 should someone steal your credit card or credit card information and charge your credit card account without authority. To show you that My Grandma’s is committed to a secure shopping experience at www.MyGrandma.com, My Grandma’s will reimburse you, up to the full $50.00, if your credit card company makes you pay any part of your $50.00 liability due to fraudulent charges made on your credit card at www.MyGrandma.com.
